Team, billing & your data
Invite colleagues, manage your plan, export or delete data.
Team
In Settings → Team the account owner can invite colleagues by email. Invitees set a password from the link and join instantly. Admins can manage everything; members can work the checklist and records but can't delete records or change billing.
Billing
Manage your subscription in Settings → Billing — open the secure Stripe customer portal to update your card, change plan, or cancel.
Your data (GDPR)
Under Settings → Privacy you can export all of your organisation's data as JSON, or delete your organisation entirely. Deletion cancels billing, erases stored files, and is irreversible.
